Shipping and Pickup Policy

We are committed to delivering your premium off-roading gear (Steel, Kings, Lightforce flood & spot lights and accessories) safely and on time. This policy applies to all orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Pickup Option (Punjab Only)
• Available exclusively for customers in Punjab.
• Your order will be ready for pickup within 3–5 business days after order confirmation and payment.
• Pickup location: Our store/warehouse in Bathinda, Punjab (exact address & timing will be shared via WhatsApp/email once ready).
• Payment accepted at pickup:
• Cash
• Razorpay
• UPI
• Please bring your order confirmation email/SMS and a valid ID.
2. India-Wide Shipping
• We ship to every pin code in India (except restricted areas notified by courier partners).
• Shipping is at customer’s cost – exact amount is calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination.
• Delivery timeline: 10 business days from the date of order confirmation (includes processing + transit time).
• Business days = Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends).
• Delays may occur due to courier partner schedules, weather, festivals, or remote locations – we will keep you updated.
3. Order Processing & Tracking
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp/SMS.
• You can track your parcel 24×7 on the courier partner’s website or our order-tracking page.
4. Payment Methods
• Punjab Pickup: Cash on pickup, Razorpay, or UPI.
• India-Wide Shipping: Prepaid only – Razorpay (cards, net banking, wallets) or UPI.
• All payments are secure and processed through Razorpay.
5. Warranty
• Every product carries a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Warranty is valid from the date of delivery/pickup.
• For warranty claims, contact us at info@cartooscarworld.com with invoice, photos, and defect description. We will guide you through the process.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
• All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, size, colour, or fit.
• Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
• Manufacturing defect or malfunction reported within the 5-year warranty period.
• Damage during transit (must be reported with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery).
• Return process:
• Customer must raise a ticket with photos/videos.
• Approved returns will be repaired/replaced at our cost (shipping for return may be borne by customer unless transit damage is proven).
• No cash refunds; only replacement or store credit.
• Once inspected and approved, replacement will be shipped within 7–10 business days.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
• We pack every item with industrial-grade protection suitable for off-roading gear.
• If a parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, refuse delivery and immediately inform us with photos.
• In case of loss in transit, we will file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
8. Customer Responsibilities
• Provide accurate delivery address and contact number (we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details).
• Be available to receive the shipment.
• For heavy lighting kits, ensure someone is present to handle the parcel.
9. Force Majeure & Limitations
• We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, courier disruptions, pandemics, etc.).
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the courier.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• This policy is governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bathinda, Punjab.
• The policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act 2019, Information Technology Act 2000, and other applicable Indian laws.
11. Policy Changes
• We reserve the right to update this Shipping & Pickup Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on the website with the “Last Updated” date.
• Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
